What a fantastic day we had being very creative and also quite messy too.! The girls produced some wonderful cards and some lovely art work, including their own individual Smash Journals. They were all their own work.

Craft Day

Having a craft day with my granddaughters Emily and Rachel is just great. They are so exited and enthusiastic about creating cards, mini books and any projects I can lay my hands on.

Mini book holder template

This is the template for the mini book holder, each square is 1cm so I hope you can work it out. Sorry about the quality my scanner doesn't scan pencil drawings very well. Hope you find it useful.

Mini Mini's

Two little mini books made for my sisters recently. I really enjoyed making these from Following the paper trail. I cut out the little rounds of felt and stitched them together then stuck them to the tabs. I designed the little slip cases for them to go into. It took me a few attempts before I think I got it right..!

I made this little mini book from a project I saw in an issue of Craft Stamper. Just great for Dad's.

First Post

This is my very first try at blogging so may take me a while to get used to all this. Hopefully I will soon get the hang of uploading my photo's of craftwork etc. There is so much lovely stuff out there. Had a good day today learning how to make movie's on my iMac, Wow it is amazing what you can do with a few video clips and photo's.
